The azalea is a is a flower that represents our county, blooming beautifully all over the county in early spring. It represents "temperance" and expresses the "rustic nature" of the people of our county.
Out of all the birds, the magpie is the one most beloved by the people of our county which possesses the characteristics of "slim body, good news, foresight, and iron hand in a velvet glove". It is a good omen that "welcomes" all visitors to our county and represents the "development and prosperity" of our county.
The It is a famous species of tree that is representative of our county, which is responsible for over 70% of Korea's production of pine nuts, and its appearance of being "green throughout the four seasons" signifies the unchanging love of the county people of their home and their "strong spirit".
