Potato Rice Cakes
10 cups of potato flour, 5 cups of cowpeas, 1.5 cups of salt

- Clean, peel, and grate potatoes. Let it sit so that the starch settles at the bottom.
- Dry the starch in the sun and make it into powder.
- Soak the cowpeas in water and boil them well. Season them with salt to make filling.
- Knead the potato starch with hot water and make it into a thin skin with a diameter of 5cm.
- Put the cowpea filling in the dough made in Step ④ and make it into the shape of half-moon rice cakes.
- Place a clean cloth on top of a steamer and place the half-moon shaped potato rice cakes in the cloth.
- Steam for about 20 minutes until the potato rice cakes are cooked.
- When the rice cakes are cooked well, place them on a plate and brush the surface with sesame oil.
