Forest Adventure is a leisure sports facility where you move between trees without touching the ground only by using the wires, wooden structures, and ropes connecting the trees of the forest.
Do you remember how Tarzan swung from tree to tree using the vines? Forest Adventure is a facility that replicates Tarzan’s means of transportation in a safer and more fun way.
It may sound unfamiliar to many Koreans, but it is quite well known in other countries. This became popular in European countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, and Netherlands as well as France in the early 2000s. It is especially popular in France with more than 600 forest adventure parks currently operating in the country.
Forest Adventure was developed to become the best facility for the youth to train their bodies and minds in group units and for companies to foster teamwork amongst employees. It was the first Korean facility to use a continuous belay pulley, which is very safe as passengers do not need to disconnect the pulley for different sections. Once the pulley is connected, passengers do not need to disconnect the pulley until the very end. In addition, the facility was carefully constructed to not destroy the natural environment. The natural environment can be restored to its original state even after the facility is abolished as not a single nail was put into the trees.
